Michèle is from Southern France near Carcassonne. In her early 30s, she came to America and within a short time, experienced the aftermath of the “American diet”.
“There were no fast-food restaurants in France and I rarely drank sodas. I grew up eating bread that was baked with freshly milled flour and seasonal vegetables we grew in our garden. Once I moved to America, I fell in love with the convenience of the drive-through and ready-made meals but was quickly faced with high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and too many extra pounds! Then I developed allergies, trouble sleeping and chronic fatigue”
After the birth of her son Raymond, Michèle dedicated herself to returning to the healthy lifestyle of Southern France. But she admits to trying just about every diet available in the meantime. “I tried them all! Lost weight with each diet, but it was impossible to keep it off!
Michèle injured her back and cervical spine from a horseback riding accident; with pain and inflammation, she could not exercise anymore and gained more weight! This is how she tried one more “diet” that was developed by a French doctor, Dr. Tran. That was the end of her battle.

Michèle's Story

Heather's Story

Born in upstate New York, Heather has struggled with her weight since she turned 30. Up until that point in her life, weight was never an issue so this was a new challenge for her that she was failing to conquer. She had recently moved to Fayette County, Georgia with her husbandS and had tried several diets and exercises and could never lose the weight and keep it off. It would always creep back up pound by pound. Last year during COVID-19 she said enough is enough and contacted Lifetime Wellness Center of Newnan for a consultation. The rest, as they say, is history. She as of today has already lost 66 pounds and counting. She has not met her goal weight yet but is thrilled with her progress already and even through the holidays she has been able to maintain her weight loss.

She became so enamored by the clinic and the Protocol that she wanted to become a coach to help others find the answers she found for herself. She has been a weight loss coach while losing her weight and has been a great inspiration to her clients.

Carrie's Story

Over the last few years, Carrie had put on a lot of weight. There were several factors that contributed: medicines, depression, the love of food, etc. In early 2018 she decided she had enough and went back to the weight loss routine that has always worked for her. A strict specific diet plan, working out 4-5 days a week and the results were devastating. She was depressed and didn’t know what to do. She honestly thought she would never lose the weight. Carrie was at her breaking point when a friend of hers posted a picture of herself after losing 30 lbs. She asked her friend what she was doing and she told her about the Ideal Protein protocol and referred her to Lifetime Wellness Center. She immediately went in for a consultation and joined the program after seeing all of the before and after pictures. Carrie started Ideal Protein 45+ lbs heavier and hasn’t looked back.
