My approach to health and weight loss, has limited correlation between weight and overall well-being. I find it refreshing when a new client chooses to learn the little changes in her lifestyle that will help her reach her weight loss goal without focusing on weight at first but on her hydration, and body composition.
Breaking the cycle of scale obsession is crucial, and I focus on educating clients about body composition factors like body fat percentage, muscle mass, and hydration. Viewing individuals as whole persons, beyond just their weight or BMI, allows for a more comprehensive understanding of health.
By offering diverse metrics for assessment, I love guiding my clients towards a more holistic perspective on their well-being, promoting a healthier relationship with their bodies.
